A functional folding step-ladder with three slip-resistant steps attached to a tubular steel frame. Nuovastep features a frame in steel tube painted in epoxy resin or chromed. The steps are standard injection-molded ABS and the lock is in die-cast aluminum. A clever and attractive design which allows you to reach the upper shelf without having to drag in the large, outdoor ladder.

Born in Amsterdam, Andries studied with many design greats and In 1959 started as a designer at Olivetti assisting Ettore Sottsass. In 1965 he opened his own studio in Milan and his wife Hiroko Takeda joined him later. They created many products in different sectors, while being very concerned with the theoretical aspects of design. Together, they have received numerous awards and have been exhibited in several museums and exhibitions around the globe.
